Coherence analysis between electrode pairs. Signal coherence on d 87 was calculated between all possible pairs of electrodes in the SU, MU and LFP frequency bands. Average coherence decreased as the distance between the electrodes increased. Coherence in the MU and SU frequency subbands was significantly lower compared with that in the LFP subbands. Solid lines represent a logarithmic fit. Broken lines represents 95% confidence bands.
