Onset responses for the force-time integral for both electrode types. Onset response was significantly affected by blocking frequency (p < 0.001) but not waveform shape. Responses to 10 kHz were significantly larger than all other frequencies (* p < 0.001). Responses to 20 kHz were significantly larger than all frequencies greater than 20 kHz (* p < 0.001)
